WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE THE SHOW

General Info

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?

Purchase your admission tickets and on-site parking in advance, online on our TICKET PAGE.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE?

Tickets must be purchased online with a credit or debit card. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the day of the show.

HOW DO I GET THE TICKETS I ORDERED?

When completing your ticket order, you will receive an email with your tickets attached.

I LOST MY TICKETS -or- I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you can't find your tickets, CLICK HERE and enter the email address used during your purchase to receive a new copy of your tickets.

MUST I PRINT MY TICKETS?

No. You may print your tickets or display them on your phone when entering the event. Please have your tickets ready to display when entering the venue.

DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE SEATS?

Pit Passes, Party Deck and Standing Room Only tickets do not include seating. All other sections have seating and you must be in your specific seat as printed on your ticket. Audience members with a seat are permitted to sit or stand at their seat during the concert. Standing on seats is prohibited.

WHAT TIMES ARE THE EVENT?

Concert parking opens at 11:00 AM and the gates to the concert open at 12:00 NOON.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

You get wet. There is no rain date. RockFest is an all weather event and will be held rain or shine. Umbrellas, tarps, tents and canopies are not permitted into the event, please plan accordingly. In the event of severe weather, we will keep our guests notified via radio station social media channels.

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?

Yes. Children of all ages are required to have their own ticket to attend RockFest.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

No. All sales are final.

Parking & Directions

RockFest will be held on the outdoor stage at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course

Enter the casino property from Bow Creek Road onto Hollywood Boulevard. Turn left at the stop sign toward concert parking.​ Pre-order your $10 parking pass for concert parking when ordering your admission tickets. Concert parking is $20 cash on the day of the event.

WHEN CAN I PARK?

Concert parking lots open at 11:00 AM on September 14. Any vehicles arriving early will be asked to leave or park in the casino lots. Parking at the casino is open 24-hours. 

HOW EARLY CAN I GET IN?

Concert parking opens at 11:00 AM and the gates to the concert open at 12:00 NOON. 

DO I NEED A PARKING PASS?

Parking passes grant you access to the concert parking area. Passes can be pre-ordered for $10, or paid upon entry for $20 cash only.

IS THERE HANDICAP PARKING?

Yes, there is a limited number of reserved handicap parking spaces available. Purchase a Concert Parking Pass and show your placard upon entering the parking lot. 

CAN I BE DROPPED OFF WITHOUT A PASS?

Yes, driver and ride share drop-offs will be directed to the casino lots, unless they have a parking pass. 

CAN I TAILGATE BEFORE THE CONCERT?

Yes, tailgating is permitted on the grass concert parking lot only. Must have a valid parking pass and concert tickets. Lot opens at 11:00 AM. Tailgating will cease at the start of the show (opening act). Security will clear the area and direct all to enter concert venue. Tailgaters must be confined to the area within their vehicle's parking space. Blocking of driving lanes or saving spaces is not permitted. Aisles and fire lanes must remain clear at all times. No fire pits, deep fryers or oil-based cooking or frying are permitted. Portable propane units are limited to one pound propane cylinders. Portable generators are not permitted.  Please bag and properly dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. 

NOTE: RockFest, Cumulus Media, it’s sponsors, partners, and employees are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked. All vehicles are parked at your own risk.

Venue Info

DO I HAVE TO BE 21+ TO ATTEND ROCKFEST?

No, RockFest is held outside of the casino and open to guests of all ages.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT?

Weapons of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, including firearms, knives, mace and chains. Large bags, coolers, insulated cups/bottles/thermoses, glass bottles, cans, open containers, umbrellas, pets, outside food and drink, illegal drugs, laser pointers, signs, banners, flags, selfie-sticks, inflatable items/beach balls, glow sticks, spike jewelry, wallet chains, aerosol cans, professional video/audio recording devices are not permitted. Any prohibited items must be disposed of or returned to your vehicle.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

Small bags, purse, clutches, fanny packs and clear bags are permitted into the event but are subject to search.  All bags must measure 5 x 8 x 1 inches or smaller. Large purses, backpacks, camera bags, drawstring bags, totes and suitcases that exceed 5 x 8 x 1 inches are prohibited.

 

Exceptions will be made for a medical equipment bag and/or a parenting needs bag smaller than 14 x 14 x 6 inches. All bags must go through metal detection screening at entry and are subject to physical search.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK?

No outside food or beverages may not be brought into the concert. RockFest will have a variety of concessions and alcohol vendors on hand. 

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE EVENT?

No, guests are not permitted to leave the event and re-enter. If you leave the concert, you will be required to purchase another ticket.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No. Pets are not permitted into the concert. Please leave them at home.

DO I NEED CASH OR CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES?

Most RockFest vendors accept both cash and card payments, but we strongly encourage you to bring cash. There will be ATMs on site.

WHAT IS THE BATHROOM SITUATION?

There is no plumbing available in the concert venue, however we will have plenty of port-o-lets throughout the venue.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There will be designated smoking areas that guests can utilize away from seating and concessions areas of the venue.

WHAT IS YOUR CAMERA POLICY?

Cell phone cameras and simple cameras for personal use may be brought into the venue. The use of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited.
